Introduction

365Guest and GuestWisely are a powerful duo of mobile apps designed to streamline the experience for both property managers and their guests.

  • The GuestWisely app (Guest App) is your guests’ go-to companion, giving them instant access to everything they need for a smooth and enjoyable stay—from booking details, property information, and arrival instructions to payment options and local recommendations—all under your own branding. GuestWisely also collects essential arrival details and keeps all information at your guests’ fingertips, based on the controls you set.

  • The 365Guest app is your dedicated management hub, required to set up and administer GuestWisely for your guests. Tailored specifically for our property manager users, it enables you to customize GuestWisely settings, decide exactly what information and tools to share, and preview your guest experience. All booking, property and policy information is automatically synchronized from the GuestWisely PMS platform, ensuring everything stays accurate and up to date.

Getting started is simple. Just follow these three steps to set up GuestWisely and deliver a seamless digital experience to your guests:

365Guest - Your central command

The 365Guest app is your configuration hub for controlling what your guests see when they use the GuestWisely GuestApp, how they interact with your brand and what tools they can access before and during their stay. 

Download 365Guest from the App Store or Google Play and log in with your GuestWisely credentials to get started.

With 365Guest, you have access to a range of powerful features, such as:

  • Total customization of the guest experience

  • Real-time preview of the GuestWisely app from the guest’s perspective

  • Seamless integration with your GuestWisely account – all property, booking, and policy information is automatically synced

  • Easy branding – upload your logo, set your colors, and deliver a fully white-labeled app

  • Manage communications, guest forms, payment processing, concierge contact and more-all from one place


What you can control

365Guest is organized into four main tabs to keep configuration simple.

1. Homepage

Once you access the app, you will see the Homepage. In the 365Guest app,  you are previewing your default property as a template, but the GuestWisely Guest App will automatically source the information related to each specific property based on the guest booking.

The homepage features a slideshow of property pictures sourced from the system. Pictures should be edited in GuestWisely. Below the slideshow, you’ll find the accommodation name, which links to your GuestWisely website, if available, and the number of rooms.

You can see all the sections that will appear to guests here. Each section enables you to perform different actions.

  • Click the eye icon to show or hide the section for guests.

  • Click “Edit” then use the “How it works” dropdown for explanations.

  • Booking section: Use shortcodes to customize info. Toggle to enable Rental Agreement and Digital Signature (optional).

  • Sections with a lock icon and grayed-out text are sourced from GuestWisely and editable only there.

  • Click “Live Preview” inside the section to see the feature from the guest’s perspective.

  • Click the “X” in the top right corner to close a section.

  • Any modifications made to the app will only be visible after closing and re-opening the app.



2. GuestWisely Preview: 

A live view of what your guests will experience in the GuestWisely app. Great for testing your setup before guests access it.

4. Guest App Settings: 

Customize the design and content of your GuestWisely app.

  • To personalize the guest app experience:

    • Upload your logo

    • Upload background image 

    • Choose your brand color 

  • Set a default welcome message

  • Add sections with custom text and photos to deliver relevant information to your guests.



IMPORTANT: The GuestWisely Guest App is configured for all properties as a whole via 365Guest App and cannot be customized per property.



Giving Guests Access

Once setup in 365Guest is complete, share the GuestWisely Guest App with your guests by including shortcodes in your communication templates. These give them direct access to download and log into the app:

[GUESTWISELY_LINK] Recommended for most cases. Includes all of the following:

  • Guest’s personal login code (mandatory for login, unique for each booking)

  • App Store download link for iOS users

  • Google Play download link for Android users

  • Browser link to the app

To send those content separately, use the shortcodes below:

  • [GUESTWISELY_CODE] - Guest’s personal login code (e.g., KN7XR)

  • [GUESTWISELY_IOSLINK] - Direct App Store link for iOS users.

  • [GUESTWISELY_ANDROIDLINK] - Direct Google Play link for Android users.

  • [GUESTWISELY_WEBLINK] - Direct browser link to the app, useful for guests who prefer not to install an app.

Note: Some platforms like WhatsApp, SMS and Airbnb may not display images and only accept plain text, so it's best to include links and the access code separately when needed.


GuestWisely – Smart, branded Guest experience

GuestWisely is the companion app your guests use. It provides everything they need-right from their phone-including booking details, property information, check-in instructions, payment reminders, and local recommendations. It’s beautifully branded with your logo and colors, making your company look polished and professional.

Change Requests

Lets guests request changes to booking details (dates, occupants, etc.) or cancellation.
Sends clear, concise requests directly to your GuestWisely inbox for quick review and response.
Assistance

This section provides your contact info to the guest. 

  • You can also update personalized guest messages. 

  • Company name, email, and phone number are sourced from Your Profile setting. 

  • Include your name, role and a custom message for guests (optional).


Ensures guests know how to reach you quickly.
Directions with Maps
Interactive directions and location pin from your Property Profile setting.
Makes arrival smoother, especially for remote properties.
