When integrated with GuestWisely via the Marketing & CRM module, you can streamline your communications and engage more effectively with your clients.

How to integrate Mailchimp with GuestWisely
1. Enable Mailchimp
Locate the following bolt-ons and click on Add+:

Mailchimp Integration
Scroll down and update your subscription to reflect the change.
2. Initial setup
Go to Marketplace > Mailchimp.
From this page, check the box to enable the integration.
Enter your Mailchimp Username and API Key.
(You can generate a key under Mailchimp > Profile > Extras > API Keys > Create New Key).
Fill in the From and Reply-To email fields (these can be the same or different).
Click Save to complete the connection.
Note: If you see a "Status: Fail" message, double-check that all fields are correctly filled and the API key is valid. If the issue persists, contact: support@guestwisely.io.
3. Creating or updating a Mailchimp audience
Go to your Contact Database in GuestWisely and use filters to display the contacts you want to include.
Select individual contacts or click Select All.
Click Create Audience.
In the pop-up:
Choose Mailchimp.
Select whether to create a new audience or update an existing one.
Enter the name or choose the existing audience from the dropdown.
Click Save.
4. Using Mailchimp templates & audience in GuestWisely
When the Mailchimp integration is active, you can use both:
GuestWisely audience and campaign templates.
Your existing Mailchimp templates and audience.
To access them:
Go to Solution > Marketing & CRM > Campaigns, and select the desired template.
5. Sending campaigns via Mailchimp
Once you've selected your audience, loaded your template, and customized your content, you can send the campaign via Mailchimp to leverage their full suite of analytics and performance metrics available on their platform.
Open and click-through rates.
Subscriber activity.
Bounce and unsubscribe metrics.
