Third-Party Integrations Overview

Introduction

This is the area where you can configure and manage integrations with external services. Supported integrations include tools for pricing, insurance, marketing automation, accounting, operations, and more.

Each integration tile represents a different service. Clicking on a tile will display a specific configuration panel for that service.


How to Integrate a Third-Party Service

You can access the Third-Party Integrations by going to:

  1. Marketplace > Third-Party Integrations.

  2. Select the integration you wish to connect from the grid of icons.

  3. Once selected, the page will display fields where you need to enter credentials or other information from the third-party service. Depending on the integration, this may include:

    1. API Keys: Unique codes to authenticate your account with the service.

    2. Passwords or Tokens: Secure strings used for verification.

    3. Account IDs or Usernames: Your unique identifier for the external service.

  4. Carefully copy and paste the required information from/to the third-party account into the corresponding fields.

  5. Once all the necessary information has been entered, click the ApplySave, or similar button to finalize the connection.
