Integration with Airbnb and Vrbo reviews

GuestWisely seamlessly integrates with Airbnb and Vrbo for review management, eliminating the need to log into each channel. With this integration, you can:

  • Get notified at guest checkout to leave your review.

  • Receive alerts when guests post reviews, enabling you to respond directly.

  • Access all Airbnb and Vrbo reviews in one dashboard.

How reviews work on Airbnb and Vrbo:

  • Guests: Can leave reviews about their stay.

  • Hosts: Can review guests or respond to guest reviews.

  • Publishing:

    • Both guest & host review: Published together within 14 days.

    • Only guest or host submits a review: Published after 14 days.

    • Neither reviews: Nothing is published.

  • 5-star rating

  • “Recommended guest” note

This functionality is enabled by default for all properties, but you can turn it off anytime in Response Templates.
