The Reservation Manager includes a robust calendar tool that lets you instantly review active bookings from various channels, while keeping unified communication inboxes readily accessible. This smooth integration transforms the calendar into more than just a scheduling view - it becomes a centralized control hub where you can monitor availability, track guest activity, and take action without navigating away from the page.
From adjusting rates to confirming reservations or responding to messages, everything you need to manage daily operations is right in front of you, reducing the need for multiple tabs or systems and giving you a complete overview at a glance.
1. Calendar icon
Within the Reservation Manager, you can toggle the visibility of the bookings calendar. When deselected, the button appears grayed out, and the calendar will not be displayed. The other icons next to the calendar one, are shortcuts that allow you to easily take actions such us: Send New Email, Create New Quote, go to the Housekeeping report, Search properties, check Account Settings.
2. Display Property options and Date
Choose which properties to view - either all properties, specific groups, or individual ones. You can also select the booking date.
3. Search tab
Quickly locate bookings by entering a guest's name or booking ID.
4. Quote
Use this feature to handle various tasks, including generating quotes, blocking dates to make them unavailable, or adjusting property rates.
5. Filter options
Narrow down results by booking type or status.
6. Settings
Customize how data is shown by sorting in ascending or descending order, switching between 6-month or 12-month views, or displaying 5 or 10 properties per page.
7. Month navigation
Scroll left or right to browse through months and check bookings for particular periods.
8. View Mode
Allows users to change how bookings are displayed, including:
- Lead Source: Displays where the booking originated from, such as Airbnb, Website, or Vrbo.
- Guest Name: Shows the guest’s name on each booking.
- Guest Name & Occupants: Displays the guest’s name along with the number of occupants.
- Check-in / Check-out Time: Shows the scheduled arrival and departure times for each booking.
- Border View: Displays only the outline of booking blocks without any color fill.
- Tint View: Applies a soft, pastel opacity to booking blocks for easier visual differentiation.

9. Calendar display
This interactive display shows all bookings for the selected timeframe and properties, enabling the following actions:
a. Immediate visibility: Instantly view available and occupied days, with details like booking source and guest name.You can select your View mode by enabling/disabling the following options: Lead Source, Guest Name, Guest Name & Occupants, Check In/Check Out Time, Border View, Tint View (see point 8 for more details):
b. Color-coded statuses: Booking statuses are marked by colors (see "Reservation Manager Calendar Statuses" for details), providing a quick snapshot of each reservation’s state:
c. Detailed hover information: Hover over a booking to see additional details, including guest name, booking source, check-in/check-out times, total cost, amounts received, and balances due.
d. Drag & drop property list adjustment: Easily resize the property list or rows view to display up to 20 properties at once.
e. Direct booking creation: Click on empty (white) sections to create a quote or booking directly, with daily, weekly, and weekend rates displayed for the selected period.
