Introduction
Integrating your GuestWisely account with Breezeway allows for seamless syncing of property data and reservations, helping you streamline operations, automate workflows, and improve guest experiences. This connection enables Breezeway to receive data directly from GuestWisely for task scheduling, property readiness tracking, and team coordination.
Before proceeding, please review the following important note to avoid potential issues during the setup process.
Important Notice: If you're switching PMS providers or migrating from iCal to a full integration, it's crucial to inform Breezeway Support before connecting GuestWisely. Without proper setup, enabling the integration may result in duplicate property records.
To prevent this, please contact your Account Manager or reach out to Support at implementation@breezeway.io, and we’ll assist with the migration process.
How to integrate Breezeway with GuestWisely
1. Initial Setup
Go to Marketplace > Breezeway.
From this page, copy the Company Reference ID and email it to: implementation@breezeway.io.
2. Choose properties to sync with Breezeway
Within the integration interface, select the specific properties you wish to sync.
- Only the properties selected at this stage will be connected and created in Breezeway.
3. After Submitting your Company Reference ID
Once Breezeway receives your Company Reference ID (Step 1) and you’ve selected your properties (Step 2), the connection will be established. From that point, your selected properties and associated reservations will begin to sync automatically into Breezeway.
This integration ensures a more efficient workflow by keeping your property data up-to-date and aligned across both platforms.
