Managing your GuestWisely account is simple and flexible with a suite of built-in tools that help you stay organized, professional, and in control. From updating personal details to adjusting subscription plans and tracking usage, tabs in the Manage Account section give you full visibility and control over your profile and platform configuration. Whether you're customizing how your contact details appear on invoices, managing licenses and add-ons, or setting up communication preferences via SMS and WhatsApp, GuestWisely provides everything you need in one centralized location. This guide will walk you through the key tabs - Your Profile, Account Details, Account Administration, SMS & WhatsApp Usage, and Billing - to help you manage your account effectively and ensure you're only paying for what you use.
Your Profile
Go to Account Settings > Manage Account > Your Profile.
The Your Profile tab enables you to manage and customize your account information. Here, you can update things like Your Name, Username, Email, Phone Numbers, Address, and Location, ensuring your account information is always accurate for both internal and external communications.
A critical feature within this tab is the ability to toggle between Company and Individual status. This choice determines how your details appear on important documents like guest invoices, owner invoices, rental agreements, invoices from GuestWisely, and the email display name associated with your account. It’s important to carefully consider this setting, as it directly affects how your business or personal information is presented to guests and partners.
With these features, the Your Profile tab helps you maintain a consistent and professional representation of your account across all system-generated documents and communications.
Account Details
The Account Details tab shows a comprehensive view of your current account configuration. This section displays essential information such as your subscription plan, the period (monthly or annual), and the total number of property licenses available in your account. It also lists any additional property licenses you may have purchased so you can keep track of your license allocations efficiently.
This tab also highlights all the optional features and integrations (bolt-on options) currently active or available for your account. These might include features like API connections, accounting integrations, advanced booking systems, and various bolt-ons that help you tailor the system to your operational needs.
With this information, you can assess which features you’re using and make adjustments to your account as needed, in the next tab (Account Administration). This helps you manage your account effectively and pay only for features and services you need.
Account Administration
The Account Administration tab is a central hub for managing your subscription, property licenses, integrations, and bolt-ons. From this section, you can easily adjust your software plan, update property counts, enable or disable bolt-on features, and configure tools like the Channel Manager or website integrations - all in one place.
You'll also find detailed information about your subscription, including billing history, current charges, and upcoming renewal dates, helping you stay on top of account management with ease.
Here is what you can do in the Account Administration tab:
Adjust Your Software Plan: Upgrade or downgrade your subscription anytime to match the number of properties you manage and your business scale.
Add or Remove Properties: Manage your property licenses flexibly by adding new listings or removing inactive ones.
Manage Bolt-Ons: Enable or configure optional features like accounting tools, digital signatures, or advanced payment management to suit your needs.
Channel Manager Integration: Connect and manage the GuestWisely Channel Manager to distribute your listings efficiently across your booking platforms.
This tab is your one-stop control panel for keeping your account settings aligned with your evolving business needs.
SMS and WhatApp Usage
GuestWisely offers smooth SMS and WhatsApp integration allowing you to communicate with your guests quickly and professionally through the channels they prefer. Whether you're sending booking confirmations, check-in instructions, or follow-up notes, this integration ensures timely and reliable communication.
With a few simple steps, you can enable messaging directly from your GuestWisely account. Relevant automated messages - such as pre-arrival form and booking confirmation - can also be sent via WhatsApp, helping you maintain guest engagement in multiple ways without manual effort.

Billing History
The Billing History tab provides a detailed record of all invoices generated for your GuestWisely account. This includes payments for your main subscription, bolt-on features, channel manager services, website, and any other associated fees. Each invoice is generated once a payment is successfully processed. If a payment attempt fails, the status will indicate "No payment deducted," ensuring clear visibility of your financial transactions. This tab helps you track your payment history, stay on top of any outstanding invoices, and manage your account effectively.
