Booking Suites

Easily preview and create embeddable calendar widgets using GuestWisely’s customizable design themes. The Riviera and Camelot Suites offer sleek, responsive layouts that combine availability and booking in a single interface - perfect for a smooth integration into your website.

Display options for Booking Calendars:

Select the calendar view that best fits your website layout and booking needs:

• Single Property: Display the calendar for a selected property.

• All Properties: Show availability across your entire portfolio.

• Property Selector Dropdown: Select the property you wish to generate the calendar for.

After making your selection, a unique embed code will be automatically generated. Simply click Copy Code to add the widget to your website or CMS with ease.

Notes:

• Legacy Suites: Dakota, Atlantis, Small Space suites are still available for use but are no longer updated. We recommend using our latest suites.

• Developer Instructions: This section provides guidance on implementing GuestWisely’s responsive calendar plugins, including the Single Property Calendar, All Properties Calendar, and Online Booking widgets. 

• All plugins are built with a responsive design, allowing you to resize or reposition them to fit your website layout. Please note that each plugin has a minimum width requirement - if resized below this threshold, a scroll bar will appear within the plugin to maintain functionality. 

• While this guide uses the Single Property Calendar as the example, the setup process and behavior apply equally to the other plugin types.

Property Information

This page allows you to manage and publish key property-related data to your stand-alone website or supported GuestWisely themes. Configure the details shown on your public-facing website using the interactive tables below. The system will automatically pull the data you set and present it in a structured, styled layout.

Configuration sections include:

• Rates: Define seasonal or standard pricing (daily/weekly/monthly).

• Extra Occupant Fees: Set additional charges based on occupancy.

• Taxes: Input applicable tax rates such as General Excise and Accommodation Tax.

• Services: Add optional or mandatory services with associated fees.

• Payment Policies: Outline deposit terms, cancellation, insurance, and protection policies.

• Payment Methods: Indicate accepted forms of payment (e.g., bank transfer, PayPal).

• House Rules: Communicate expectations regarding smoking, pets, quiet hours, and cleaning.

Use the toggle options in each table to choose whether to display on the website. All displayed data will match your selected color theme.

At the bottom of the page, copy the embed code and insert it into your site to activate the public-facing display.
