Introduction

Beyond is a global revenue management platform designed for vacation rental hosts and managers looking to maximize their earnings. With tools like dynamic, demand-driven pricing, access to real-time market data, and seamless integrations with major OTAs and property management systems - including GuestWisely - Beyond helps property owners stay competitive and grow their business.


How to integrate Beyond with GuestWisely


1. Get Started with Beyond

To create an account:

  1. Visit https://v2.beyondpricing.com/login.

  2. Click Create Account.

  1. Fill in the required fields: name, number of listings, email, and password.

  2. Click Create Account to complete setup.


2. Connecting your GuestWisely Account

To link your GuestWisely account with Beyond:

  1. Log in to Beyond.

  2. On the dashboard, go to Connect Your Account (left-hand panel)

  3. Log in to GuestWisely and navigate to Marketplace > Beyond Pricing

  1. Make sure you have the Revenue Management Bolt-On activated. Go to Account Settings > Manage Account


  1.  Account Administration > Manage Bolt-ons >  Revenue Management, click Add, then Confirm.


  1. Enter your GuestWisely Account ID, Owner Token, Key, and Password.

  2. Click on the green button.

3. Customization features in Beyond

Once connected, you'll be able to adjust several settings directly within Beyond, including:

  • Minimum and Maximum Prices

  • Time-Based Adjustments

  • Reservation Gap Settings

  • Minimum Stay Requirements

  • Check-in and Check-out Days

4. Adding new listings

To add a new listing from GuestWisely into Beyond:

  • Simply refresh your account in the Connected Accounts tab after adding a new property.

  • It can take up to 24 hours for your new listing to show if you don't refresh your account in Beyond. Click here to learn more about when Beyond refreshes your account and why.

Note: If you're switching from another PMS but already use Beyond, contact Beyond’s Support Team at support@beyondpricing.com to make the transition as smooth as possible.
