How to integrate First Atlantic Commerce with GuestWisely
1. Sign up and notify FAC
Once you’ve signed up for a FAC account, inform them that you’ll be using GuestWisely as your property management system. Fill out and submit the FAC onboarding document, which includes the technical specifications for GuestWisely.
2. Receive credentials
After your account is approved, FAC will provide your Powertranz credentials (username and password).
3. Connect FAC to GuestWisely
Go to the Portfolio > Payment Settings > Payment Methods page in your GuestWisely account.
Enter the Powertranz credentials.
Select the “3D Secure” option only if this feature is supported on your FAC account.
Save the settings for the relevant properties.
4. Testing the connection
To confirm the integration is working correctly:
Create a test quote (you can reduce the grand total to $1 USD).
Complete the booking to process a test payment.
If successful, the connection is confirmed. You can refund the test transaction and cancel the reservation.
If the test fails, contact FAC at support@fac.bm and CC support@guestwisely.io so both teams can assist in diagnosing and resolving the issue promptly.
